Diana Ingram Jewellery Limited (Company No. 6675061) trading as 'Diana Ingram Jewellery' supplies handmade jewellery crafted from carefully selected beads from the world-renowned glassworking island of Murano in Venice, Italy to your doorstep at affordable prices. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any suggestions or comments please contact us.

Making A Purchase
Your time is precious and easily frittered away sitting at the computer so we have designed our website to make your online shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. Simply browse our online store and select those items you wish to purchase before moving to the shopping basket. Satisfied you have what you require, select 'Checkout' where you will be asked to confirm your shipping option and pay for your items.

Gift Wrapping and Packaging
We believe in beautiful presentation. Necklaces are delivered in our own distinctive and stylish luxury boxes. Bracelets, pendants and earrings are delivered in fine pink organza bags.

Bespoke Commissions
Diana Ingram Jewellery provides a design service for custom made jewellery and Diana is always happy to provide ideas for any occasions; for example, individually designed jewellery for a bride or bridesmaids.

Corporate Gifts
Diana Ingram Jewellery supplies a variety of tailor made solutions for gifts, promotions and incentives.

Imperfections, Measurements and Photographs.
Jewellery sold on this website are handcrafted and by their nature the beads and pearls contain natural imperfections which add to their uniqueness. Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than illustrated on account of photography techniques used. Diana takes great care to match beads and pearls when appropriate.

Hallmarking - Dealers' Notice
One of the requirements of the Hallmarking Act 1973 is that all dealers supplying precious metal jewellery shall display a notice at their premises explaining the approved hallmarks. This notice produced by the British Hallmarking Council can be downloaded and viewed free of charge from The Birmingham Assay Office website.

Remittance Terms
Payment is in advance of the shipment of goods and is strictly in UK Sterling (GBP). If you are shopping from outside the UK, PayPal will automatically convert your currency to UK Sterling (GBP) on your behalf and at a highly competitive rate. We accept UK cheques or UK postal orders, and from UK and worldwide we accept payment from all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer via any direct banking system, and from any PayPal account. Please allow five working days for UK cheque or crossed UK postal order clearance.

Payment Gateway
Please be assured that our global Internet payment gateway, PayPal, ensures our online shop is the safest and securest place for you to buy. You are not required to hold or register for a PayPal account to complete a transaction and there are no additional fees for our clients.

Card Security
Credit and debit card security is provided by our global Internet payment gateway, PayPal. We have no visibility of your payment details.

Tax Charges
There is currently no requirement for Diana Ingram Jewellery to be registered for, or for you to pay, UK Value Added Tax (VAT) and therefore UK VAT is not payable by any of our clients or customers. The costs advertised on our catalogue pages plus shipping is the price paid.

Invoice
Immediately you confirm your purchase by making a payment or confirming your payment method our checkout service will invite you to print an invoice.

Receipt
Immediately cleared payment is received you will receive a receipt by email.

Order Confirmation
Immediately your order is received by us you will be sent an acknowledgment by email confirming your order and the order reference number. Please keep the order reference number handy as it will help identify your order should you need to contact us.

Shipping

Your order will be dispatched on receipt of cleared payment. We endeavour to provide same-day dispatch but due to the bespoke nature of our jewellery and made-on-demand policy this cannot be assured. Customers will be notified of any alternate dispatch date beyond one working day and retain the right to cancel with a full refund.
   Dispatch of customer-designed bespoke orders requiring our special purchasing may take longer to fill but you will be notified.
   All orders are mailed using a signed for service. Please ensure that there is someone to accept the parcel at the delivery address, or consider an alternative address - perhaps at work or that of a friend.
   Delivery within the UK is by Royal Mail First Class Recorded which typically takes 1 to 3 days or by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. International orders are mailed using the Royal Mail Airmail International Signed For service. Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 days within Europe and 5 to 6 days for the rest of the world (RoW).

Dispatch Note
You will receive a dispatch note by email, confirming your order has been sent.

Insurance
All orders are insured to the point of delivery signature. Please ensure that the package is complete and in good condition on signature.

Returns Policy
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to return any goods purchased from this Website within 14 days of purchase. Naturally we hope that you are delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not happy with an item in your order we would be pleased to replace or refund that item provided we are notified immediately upon its delivery to you and it is returned in its received condition within 14 days of purchase. We do not accept responsibility for any items lost after delivery to you and will only accept responsibility for items which are safely returned, signed for on delivery to Diana Ingram Jewellery. All goods returned to the company must be packaged appropriately and are returned entirely at the sender's risk. Diana Ingram Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss sustained in transit. We will not refund postage and packaging costs. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

   This returns policy only applies to purchases from this website. For recipients of gift items, Diana Ingram Jewellery operates a non-refundable merchandise policy. For reasons of health and hygiene, Diana Ingram Jewellery is unable to accept returns for earrings. Products purchased 'over the counter' at shops and events are bought 'as seen' and returns cannot be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Alterations
We will alter any product purchased from this Website though additional material and postage costs may be charged.
